00:00Can I touch these ones?
00:02Yeah, sure, go ahead. Some of them are a bit broken.
00:04They're pretty detailed, aren't they?
00:06Yeah.
00:07You can get the writing out as well.
00:08Yeah, so you've got the label there of what brand it is.
00:10That can determine things like height, shoe size, probably weight as well.
00:14That can narrow down your search into who's basically the cosplayer.
00:18It's not going to sign me up for something.
00:19No, it won't. Not quite yet.
00:21Something hidden below that.
00:23So if I just bring this lid out, if you just grab one of those brushes,
00:26if you dab it in one of the lids.
00:27In there?
00:29And then you just slowly brush over the top of the pallet.
00:33A bit more. I think it was a bit low.
00:37There we go.
00:38There it is.
00:39There it is.
00:40A million pounder, yeah.
00:43And that reacts to grease or something, wouldn't it?
00:45Yeah, grease.
00:46Grease.
00:47Exactly that, yeah.
00:48And we also take visits to other bases, like currently, working bases as well.
00:52And that gives you a real insight into what you want.
00:54Also, some people change their minds into another vehicle
00:57and then left as quickly as they go that other way.
01:00So the vehicle's been abandoned, all of the shit's been left around,
01:03so our main priority is to pick things up from it
01:06and make sure that we can use them as well as we can see fit.
01:10Someone's prize trophy cabinet's been nabbed.
01:13Yeah, it's somewhere around here, yeah.
01:16OK.
01:42So this is Santa Cat.
01:44So I'd like to introduce you to Darren.
01:46Darren, you've been with us for several months.
01:48Can you tell us a little bit about the cafe?
01:50Sure.
01:51So the cafe is run by students.
01:53Most of the students have quite a bit of skills.
01:58One of them has been at St. Mark's here.
02:01For them, he's come from our previous courses.
02:04And they've learned knowledge within four weeks.
02:08He's been at St. Mark's for English.
02:10And they'll come in here and learn skills from the cafe
02:13and our end-of-year program, our massive end-of-year assessment,
02:18is to hold a buffet to say the least.
02:21So they'll make everything for horses and running businesses to do with horses.
02:25And obviously, we ride horses and do some jumps and some poles and work with them.
02:30And they don't take on like a mountain of horses, do they?
02:33Yeah, yeah.
02:34It's like living off a horse again.
02:38And Ellie, what's for you here, what's the reason you're here?
02:43I don't really know what I want to do when I come back from St. Mark's.
02:48So you feel that this gives you a bit of...
02:50You can take the time away to just be exposed to some things you might be able to do later on.
02:57And making new friends down here as well?
02:58Yeah.
02:59Good.
03:03Again, you can always play with this.
03:06You can choose to stop there.
03:13So, you want to actually have a seat?
03:15Yeah, absolutely.
03:16Oh, that's okay.
03:27Good, nice and sunny spot, that is.
03:29Yeah, absolutely.
03:32Doing some volunteering with the men, so I'm hoping it leads quite nicely into doing farm advisory
03:37and helping people become more regenerative in their farming methods.
03:40Yeah, good.
03:42I went to Groundswell this summer.
03:44Oh, it's so good.
03:45Lots of very interesting methods and new techniques and stuff like that.
03:48Yeah, yeah.
03:49It's a really interesting place to have a sense of security once I've shut up doing it.
03:52It's a struggle getting winter crops into the ground.
03:55I don't know if we'll be able to make crops as well.
03:57It's just going to impact lots of things now.
03:59It's just if you get all the water at once, then it really has to be one go.
04:03And where are you at the moment?
04:05It's been difficult because we've been doing our last harvest,
04:08and it's just been difficult to get it off, and we can't get it for winter as well.
04:14So, very difficult.
04:16And our families are in other stuff, like my dad's a volunteer for other things,
04:22so he's off doing stuff.
04:25So, I have to...
04:26Do your very best.
04:27Yeah.
04:28I've come from a more veterinary background.
04:31That's good.
04:32Do you think you might be a vet in the future?
04:34Not a vet, but definitely looking at...
04:39Speaking to...
04:40Speaking to...
04:59Negotiate yourself a position.
05:11Good day.
05:22Nice day.
05:27I'll get one of my own.
05:40One, two, and one, two.
05:41Where's the one dog?
05:47Yes!
05:54First one!
06:04Hello.
06:05Ah!
06:11Hey, how are you?
06:13Ah!
06:14Ah!
06:20Oh, no!
06:21Oh, my God!
06:26That way, that way.
06:39Keep going, Alice.
06:45Thank you so much.
06:46That's really funny.
06:47Thank you very, very much.
06:48Sure, you can pass those over.
