Exciting times in Farnham ahead of the busy Christmas period as a new boutique opens on Downing Street.
Blue Tiger Boutique opened its doors for the first time to the public on Friday, October 18 providing a new option in the town for women’s fashion.
The shop has taken residence at 44 Downing Street where Farnham Wholefood used to be. The grade II listed building has had a massive facelift with a new blue shop front and a contemporary-themed interior with little tiger-themed items placed throughout.
Toward the back of the shop is a piece of history with a more than 200-year-old fireplace which has been incorporated into the aesthetic of the shop.
Owner Helen Norgate has worked tirelessly for the past two weeks to get the store ready for the first customers and she has even had help from her family with her 11-year-old daughter designing the golden tiger logo.
