00:00There is a high possibility that the low-pressure area that is being guarded by Pagasa will become a typhoon.

00:06It is located outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility,

00:09at a distance of 1,450 kilometers east of southeastern Luzon.

00:14It is possible for it to enter the PAR today or tomorrow.

00:18And its trough or extension will rain in Aurora, Quezon, Vico Region, Palawan,

00:25Northern Samar, Zamboanga Peninsula, Barm, Soksar Gen, and Metro Manila.

00:31According to the Metro Weather, it will rain tomorrow morning in some parts of Central Luzon,

00:36Calabar Zone, Mimaropa Region, and Vico Region.

00:41It will also rain in some parts of Metro Manila starting this afternoon.

00:45Almost the whole of Visayas and Mindanao will be flooded in the afternoon.
