00:00I can't wait to meet the former President Rodrigo Duterte at the House Quad Committee hearing on war on drugs.

00:07He was formally invited to answer his allegations,

00:11which ordered the implementation of DAWO's style of war on drugs in the whole country.

00:21This is the invitation of the House Quad Committee to the former President Rodrigo Duterte

00:25in the letter signed by the Quad Committee Overall Chairperson Representative Ace Barbers

00:29Duterte was invited to the hearing of the committee on Tuesday, October 22

00:34to clarify particular issues related to extrajudicial killings.

00:39At the last hearing, Retired Police Colonel Roina Garma said

00:43that Duterte was ordered to replicate the DAWO model of drug war in the whole country

00:48where there is a reward system for the police to kill drug suspects.

00:53The Quad Committee has not yet confirmed if Duterte will attend

00:56but they are ready.

00:58They will give the former President a chance to answer Garma's allegations.

01:03We will definitely afford him the courtesy due to him.

01:07We will force him to be intelligent in these questions.
