00:04related to the drug war of the Duterte administration.

00:07In the Senate, there is a decision on which committee will investigate this.

00:16Instead of the Senate Committee on Public Order and Dangerous Drugs led by Senator Bato de la Rosa,

00:22the Senate Blue Ribbon Committee will conduct a motto-propio investigation on the Duterte drug war

00:28according to Senate President Sheez Escudero.

00:31The Blue Ribbon Committee is the only one, and not all of the committees,

00:34to allow Senator Bato de la Rosa to hold a hearing during recess.

00:40I talked to them and told them that if possible, they can coordinate with Senator Bato de la Rosa and Senator Goh,

00:46along with the witnesses they want to invite, and also the schedule of the hearing.

00:53Escudero said he will lead the hearing with Senate Minority Leader Coco Pimentel, the subcommittee chairman.

01:00The war on drugs, the 6,000 to 30,000 alleged victims,

01:05and then was there really a state policy to kill those involved in drugs, that's what we will determine.
