00:00While some New York teams are feeling championship vibes right now, that's for the WNBA New York
00:10Liberty.
00:11There was a New York team today outside of the Jets that is feeling pretty blue and not
00:14to be funny about their team colors, but you got the Giants.
00:18See we love puns.
00:19You got the Giants that only pulled off three points versus the Eagles that really didn't
00:23even look that good.
00:24I mean, Eagles fans didn't even love this W today.
00:27They were happy that they can add another W to the column, but they didn't even love
00:30how this W came about.
00:32You got Hurts with 114 passing yards, Barkley with the big game as expected.
00:36Any revenge game lives up to the hype for 114 on the ground, one touchdown.
00:41And then you've got Brown through the air, 89 receiving yards.
00:43As for Daniel Jones, didn't break 100 passing yards.
00:46No.
00:4799 passing yards is Tracy Jr. with 23 yards on the ground.
00:50And then neighbors 41 through the air through four receptions.
00:54I don't even know where to start with this one, Tom, but take it away.
00:59I mean, you look at the Eagles box score.
01:02It's obviously all Barkley.
01:03It's all AJ Brown.
01:04The rest of the receivers literally didn't have to do anything because they were just
01:08moving the ball with Barkley on the ground.
01:10So when we see these low lines from Devonta Smith, even with Dallas Goddard, you're saying,
01:15oh, why that happens?
01:16Like he should have seen more volume.
01:17It's like, well, Barkley was eating up all the yards and he's breaking off these big
01:21runs.
01:22So they literally didn't have to do anything.
01:24The Eagles, they've had their ups and downs.
01:25It was a very easy game for them.
01:27All things considered.
01:28We knew Barkley was going to have a big game from the Giants.
01:31You would like to think Malik neighbors is back.
01:32Okay.
01:33Their offense can look like the way it did in the first few weeks.
01:35They're getting him some targets.
01:37The Eagles defense clearly had their struggles.
01:39And then we just saw the Giants not able to capitalize on that.
01:43Seeing drew lock in there at the end of the game.
01:45I don't want to say is a concerning sign.
01:47The game is obviously out of question at that point, but we get to a certain point where
01:52Daniel Jones, we're going to, we're going to look at Daniel Jones and they are on the
01:56hook for money next year for guaranteed money.
01:58And if he gets hurt, they have to pay it.
02:01So at what point does drew lock potentially need to start seeing some time because the
02:04Giants don't want to be on the hook for that money.
02:06That's my question.
02:07Yeah.
02:08And unfortunately, good business minds are probably already thinking three spaces ahead,
02:12which means that question's already been answered, but we won't know until this season continues
02:17to come to a close.
02:18Also something to put into perspective.
02:19I mean, you talk about slow first quarters.
02:21You call it exciting because they went toe to toe for a while there, but scoring did
02:24not come into play into the second quarter.
02:26And then it was two touchdowns by the Eagles.
02:28Just that lone field goal by the Giants.
02:30No more scoring opportunities by the Giants after that third quarter touchdown by the
02:34Eagles, fourth quarter touchdown by the Eagles.
02:36And that's a wrap on this 28 to three victory for the Eagles over the Giants.
