The Centre for Strategic Communication and Information Security of Ukraine published footage on Oct 18, purportedly showing North Korean soldiers being fitted with Russian uniforms and gears in the Sergievsky training ground in Russia's Far East.In a video with a watermark of Ukrainian government organisation, the Ukrainian Center for Strategic Communication and Information Security, a long line of soldiers can be seen queuing up to receive their uniforms. The soldiers are thought to be speaking in Korean although the low quality audio prevented their discussions from being fully understood.Ukraine’s Center for Strategic Communication and Information Security claimed the video was taken at a training ground in a town called Sergeevka in Russia’s Primorsky Krai.
