The Stone Hound to open at The Junction Retail & Leisure Park

00:00Today we're doing the press release photographs for the new pub and restaurant coming to Antrim.

00:05What was Jack's Cocktail Bar is now going to be the Stonehound Pub and Kitchen.

00:10Stonehound will be classic food done to modern day standards

00:16with really good drinks, nice cocktails, a nice vibey atmosphere.

00:20We'll still be doing sports and we'll be doing private functions as well as corporate catering.

00:25Open to open somewhere in around last week of November.

00:28Second to last week of November is kind of the opening point.

00:32We'll be open for Christmas.

00:33I suppose the opportunity presented itself. Antrim's a really, really strong town.

00:38There's lots of vibrant people going around.

00:41We already have a business called The Boathouse over by Lough Shore.

00:45So it seemed a natural fit when the opportunity presented itself to acquire this and run them in tandem.

00:52Absolutely delighted. Can't wait to see it open.

00:56There's a big demand for leisure in Antrim and we can't wait to have the Stonehound open.

01:01So we've been on a massive redevelopment over the last number of years.

01:05Added lots of new tenants.

01:07We have nearly half a million square feet of retail and leisure space.

01:12And we welcome thousands of visitors per week.

01:15So this will be a really welcome addition to the scheme.

01:18And I'm really looking forward to opening the stores.
