00:12According to the forecast, there will be a red rainfall warning in Northern Samar and Catanduanes.

00:17The flood and landslide risk is serious in the middle of bad weather.

00:22Orange rainfall warning in Sorsogon and Camarines Sur.

00:25The chance of flood and landslide is also high.

00:28Yellow rainfall warning in Albay and some parts of Masbate.

00:33Rainfall advisory in Iloilo, Antique, Aklan, Capiz, Gimaras, Negros Occidental, Negros Oriental, Siquijor and some parts of Cebu.

00:43Let's be careful in the middle of bad weather.

00:47It will rain in almost the whole Visayas and Bicol Region.

00:50It's based on the rainfall forecast of Metro Weather and it's possible that it will be heavy to intense rain.

00:55For example, there will be floods or landslides.

00:58It will also rain in some parts of the country along with Metro Manila in the next few hours.

01:03It is expected that the center of the flood will be 390 km away from Catanduanes.

01:09For now, it has a strength of 65 km per hour and it will fall to 80 km per hour.

01:14It will move at a speed of 15 km per hour.
