00:00My name is Izabela Kuella, I'm a doll photographer.
00:08On a daily basis I work as a retail architect for the biggest fashion company in Poland,
00:14but in the spare time I develop my creative hobby.
00:17I take photos of dolls.
00:27I always dreamed about having a real Barbie doll, but as a kid I never had one.
00:34I'm a kid of 80s, raised in Poland.
00:37Barbie dolls were available in my country, but they were way too expensive for my parents
00:43to buy.
00:44So I never got one as a kid.
00:47I got one on the 31st birthday from my husband.
00:50He decided to fulfill my dream from the childhood.
00:53He took me to the shop with toys, and I picked my very first Barbie doll.
00:59I will show you that one, it's her.
01:02This is my first Barbie doll, and this is where my adventure with doll photography started.
01:09We are shooting for the wedding project that I would like to do this year.
01:23And the second one we are going to do in my studio, and it will be kind of an office diorama
01:30that we need to set up.
01:32It's our secret September project.
01:40For me it's not about collecting, it's about taking photos, so I buy only dolls that are
01:46inspiration for me.
01:52I have one big dream for this year, and this one is to publish a doll photography book.
01:59And we are going to do it on a Kickstarter.
02:06I think there is a lot of ways how you can make small money on doll photography, but
02:13for me it's never been about money.
02:16It's my passion, and I do everything with my heart.
