00:00There are a couple of people here who had the chance to meet the King and Queen.
00:06Hannah and Tim, they're farmers from regional New South Wales, from the Central Coast.
00:11They're from The Food Farm.
00:12Now, the two of you, you were on the farm this morning and just today, a couple of moments
00:17ago, you met the King and Queen.
00:18What was it like?
00:19It's very surreal, yes, to think that this morning we were moving chickens and then feeding
00:23this amazing crowd our chicken this afternoon and meeting the King and Queen.
00:27It's just the most incredible life experience.
00:30Do you want to tell me a little bit about your business, your organisation?
00:34What do you do?
00:35Because it's not only chicken that you produce, but it's also cattle and eggs as well.
00:39Yes, so Tim and I are first generation regenerative farmers, so it means that we farm sustainably
00:43and organically.
00:45We grow grass-fed beef, pasture-raised chicken and pasture-raised eggs, and we farm it all
00:50ourselves and butcher it on farm as well.
00:52The King and Queen, they didn't have a chance to taste your food here on display, but did
00:57you say anything to them?
00:59What did they say to you?
01:01They spoke about our regenerative practices, how we look after the soil, how our plants
01:07are performing, what the season's like.
01:10It was great to see how in-depth the King's knowledge was about agriculture.
