00:39along with the islands of Tikau and Burias.

00:43Signal No. 1 also in eastern Samar, northern Samar,

00:46Samar, Leyte, Biliran, southern Leyte,

00:50Binagat, and Surigao del Norte,

00:52along with the islands of Siargao and Bucas Grande.

00:56Kapuso, the center of the storm, 390 kilometers east of Virac, Catanduanes,

01:01has been hit by a strong wind of 65 kilometers per hour.

01:07On Thursday, the storm Christine is expected to landfall in northern Luzon.

04:37From Kinder to Grade 12 and ALS, no classes are allowed in Tuguegarao, Cagayan.

04:43In-person classes from preschool to senior high school in Bacolod City are also cancelled.

04:49Alternative learning will be conducted in public and private schools in Legazpi, Albay.

04:56In other news, an accident occurred in Commonwealth Avenue, Quezon City this morning.

06:23The addition of P33 in the daily minimum wage in the region has been approved.

06:31the daily salary of non-agricultural sector workers with 10 or more employees will be P468.

06:40P435 for the agriculture sector as well as for non-agricultural sector companies

06:46with fewer than 10 employees.

06:49P500 was also added for the monthly minimum wage of the workers in the region.

06:55It is now P6,000 per month.

06:58The additional salary is effective on November 7.
