00:00I seek refuge with Allah from Satan, the accursed. In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful.
00:06We praise Him and send blessings upon His noble Messenger.
00:10He is an extremely respectable listener and audience.
00:15People better than me.
00:17Peace and blessings of Allah be upon you.
00:23Today's topic is Human Rights in Islam.
00:30What are the fundamental rights of a human being?
00:35The first is the right to life.
00:41Every human being has the right to be safe.
00:47The second is the right to wealth.
00:50The third is the right to honor.
00:52The fourth is the right to respect.
00:54The fifth is the right to belief.
00:58And the last is the right to business.
01:05So how does Islam present these rights?
01:12And how are they implemented?
01:16The first is the right to life.
01:24The Prophet said to the people who were going for Jihad,
01:39that do not raise your hand on a child, a woman or an old man.
01:51This is what happens in a war.
01:55In a war, Islam gives these rights.
01:58The second is the right to wealth.
02:03When the Prophet was in Khyber,
02:08a Jewish shepherd came to him.
02:17He said, I want to be a Muslim.
02:22He said, I have some goats with me.
02:29He said, whose goats?
02:32He said, the Jews.
02:35So the Prophet said, first return the goats.
02:41These are entrusted to you.
02:44At the time of war, the right to wealth is being given.
02:50Return it and then I will be a Muslim.
02:57The third is the right to honour.
03:01The Prophet said, honouring the people is the biggest sin.
03:08And it has been said, do not offer Salah in the passing.
03:15If the path is difficult.
03:18Muslims and non-Muslims are passing by.
03:21But do not offer Salah in the passing.
03:26This is the history of Islam.
03:30And the fourth is the right to belief.
03:34In the Islamic world, during the time of the Prophet and the Sahaba,
03:41No Christian, no Jew, no non-Muslim was forced to become a Muslim.
03:52No one was forced to become a Muslim.
03:56Islam is the name of Dawah.
03:59Islam gives Dawah, there is no compulsion in Islam.
04:02There is no compulsion in Islam.
04:05If someone wants to come to Islam, let him come.
04:08But there is no compulsion.
04:11Muslims will not be forced.
04:14And when someone comes to Islam,
04:19Then he is strictly following all the laws of Islam.
04:28And then while living in Islam,
04:31He will have to become a Muslim from within.
04:35Not that he is wearing the dress of Islam from outside,
04:39And from within he is preaching some other religion.
04:43Then he will have to leave this too.
04:46Irtadaab.
04:49He will have to leave this too.
04:51He will have to become a true Muslim.
04:53He will have to work for the religion he is in.
04:56He will have to become a Muslim and not work for any other religion.
05:02Or he will have to leave this religion.
05:04Then after that,
05:07I have told you about this Aqeedah.
05:13Now we have come to the topic of economy and employment.
05:18What rights does Islam have in this?
05:21The Prophet said,
05:24Freedom of contract.
05:31You can make a contract.
05:33But the Prophet said that the contract should not affect any individual or any society.
05:43It should not be such a contract that the one who creates monopoly,
05:47creates monopoly,
05:49two groups together,
05:51make such a contract,
05:53that all of them get control over it,
05:57over the resources,
05:59and the other's livelihood is stopped.
06:01Such a contract is not permissible in Islam.
06:05And its rights cannot be given.
06:08These are the rights,
06:10which Islam has given.
06:12And then,
06:14the right of honor.
06:18Respect.
06:20It is said in Hadith Pak,
06:22that the worst interest is,
06:25to attack the other Muslim's right of honor.
06:31The worst interest.
06:33And then the Prophet said,
06:37that the wealth of a Muslim,
06:39the honor of a Muslim,
06:41the life of a Muslim,
06:43is more respectable than the Ka'bah.
06:47These rights,
06:51the human rights,
06:54which have been given to Muslims,
06:57are not found in any religion.
07:00Not even in the smallest of examples.
07:03Goats are being returned in wars.
07:08What has happened in Palestine?
07:12The Prophet is saying,
07:14not to attack the children,
07:16not to attack the elders,
07:18not to attack the women.
07:21What has happened in Palestine?
07:23What has Israel done?
07:25The children of Shirkhaar have been targeted.
07:28The women have been martyred.
07:31Other people have been martyred.
07:34And all the scholars of power,
07:37I am surprised,
07:39that what kind of people they are.
07:42That not a single word,
07:45has come out of their mouth,
07:47in their sympathy,
07:49on which oppression has been done.
07:51All of them are silent.
07:54So look at Islam,
07:57what kind of guidance is Islam giving,
08:00and look at what is happening here too.
08:02Those who are very convinced of human rights,
08:05those who talk about human rights,
08:08those who have made an engine of human rights,
08:11what have they done there,
08:14in Palestine?
08:16In front of you,
08:18you know everything.
08:20So the purpose of my request is,
08:23that if,
08:25in the same way,
08:27satanism,
08:29the bombardment of Palestine,
08:32by Israel,
08:34if satanism,
08:36will continue to exist,
08:39then where will humanity go?
08:42Where will the existence of humanity remain?
08:46So the rights that Islam has given,
08:49even the disbelievers have been given.
08:52Even the Prophet,
08:54when he was in Madinah Sharif,
08:57when he was in Madinah Sharif,
08:59he came to know that there was a famine in Makkah.
09:02There was no wheat.
09:04So those disbelievers who had expelled him from there,
09:07who had forced him to migrate,
09:09he sent wheat for them.
09:12This is the Islamic society.
09:15This is the Islamic society.
09:17This was run by the Prophet.
09:19These are not mere words.
09:21These are not stories.
09:23This is not a story.
09:25And after that, this system was run in Khilafat-e-Rashida.
09:29Not only were the rights talked about,
09:33but the rights were acted upon.
09:36What happens is,
09:38where even a judge,
09:40the judge of the time,
09:42he punishes the Caliph of the time,
09:47and he says that you have lost the case.
09:51This is the system,
09:53this is Islam.
09:55This is the religion,
09:57which the Prophet presented,
09:59which lasted for 40 years,
10:01and the whole world saw it.
10:03These are not mere words.
10:05These are mere words.
10:07Where there is benefit for someone,
10:09all human rights are remembered.
10:12And where there is no benefit,
10:15no one's rights are remembered.
10:18This is why this is a spectacle.
10:22What I think,
10:24I think that we,
10:26the Muslims,
10:28are not fully acting upon that religion,
10:30including myself.
10:32I am not outside of it.
10:34We are not fully following that system.
10:39If we do,
10:41then the whole picture will change.
10:44So pray to Allah,
10:46may Allah enable me and you,
10:48to act upon what I have said.
