00:00We have to pay £13,974 each I believe it is and we've got 30 days to pay that or we're facing legal action.

00:11I don't think I've slept since receiving that email, since receiving that invoice I haven't slept.

00:18I'm terrified, I could literally be out on the streets in a few weeks time.

00:22If they issue us with CCJs they could force us to sell our properties which is what they're telling us.

00:29And if that's the case I've got nowhere else to go and by the time I've paid off my existing

00:35mortgage and paid them the £14,000 that they say I owe them there's nothing left.

00:45As it stands at the moment all of the flats that are up here on this top floor

00:50lead out onto this balcony and the only way for us to get down to the next floor is to go

00:55into the building and down the internal stairs which obviously if the building was on fire

01:01is a risk to us there's no external staircase which is what they're proposing to put in.

01:06Asking the question what do we do if we can't pay it we were basically told tough luck you'll

01:12have to get a loan or remortgage. So we each pay approximately £250 ish a month and it's

01:21spread out quarterly and that is supposed to cover cleaning, repairs, nothing gets done.

01:29We believe that a cleaner comes in probably once a month and our understanding is she

01:35gets paid for four hours a month. Other than that we never see anything.
