00:00Last year our expectations for ourselves was to you know to learn and to know
00:04ourselves and I think towards the end of the year it really showed, but this year
00:08we expect from us to win.
00:23Our expectations are the same as they've been from the first year I coach. We want
00:29to be the best possible team we can be. That's individually as far as
00:33development goes which has obviously been a big factor in the last couple
00:36years and then team-wise how to play, what it takes to win. I tell you there's
00:44probably no player in the league that everybody in the league talks about
00:47after the game like him because everybody has to adjust stuff. Everybody's
00:51looking forward to seeing his growth and where he goes and where he takes the
00:54league I think he's he's one of those guys that can push the game for us.
00:58The more I grow into my career the more I realize like it's important to work on
01:03the fundamentals. My emphasis is always going to be on winning and helping my
01:07teammates, helping my teammates, making my teammates better as much as I can.
01:13Obviously this is a first-class organization and for me I love nothing
01:19more than the opportunity to play and contribute and hope.
01:25I've despised Chris for many years. It was difficult to play against him because
01:31he's not just the consummate competitor but he is a clever, clever, clever player.
01:37His IQ is off the charts. You have it or you don't and you know he has it. He has
01:42this will to transmit to us so I'm really, really proud of him.
01:46I was very simplistic. I used to be Chris Paul. That's all I wanted to do. I wanted to be Chris Paul and play like he's always played.
