00:06They are in the process of getting divorced. I think this is their second time. This has been going down this acrimonious
00:13But it got really nasty this week past weekend because Janelle says and fact
00:19she's got video their surveillance video to show this that David showed up at her, North Carolina home and
00:25Tried to make off with some motorbikes dirt bikes and ATVs that she says he has no right
00:32He didn't even have a right to be at the house and you can see here

00:39But he showed up there when her point was he did not he's not allowed to be there
00:43There's a court order that says he can't be there
00:46He had a certain amount of time to get his stuff out of the house
00:48And she says that deadline passed now David clearly was aware of that court order because he showed up
00:54Well disabling the camera is kind of that's bad
00:56But he showed up at the at the house with some friends including a sheriff's deputy
01:01He actually informed the police tell us that the sheriff's department
01:05Does David called them and said I need to go get this stuff from the house, but there's a court order
01:09I can't go without law enforcement. So they sent a deputy but the deputy did something really smart here
01:16He went to ring the doorbell to make sure that that Janelle was not home because if she was David couldn't be there
01:23She was not home, but she talked to the deputy through her ring camera. This was the conversation
01:28There's a gentleman here again some of his belongings and I'm just standing by with him. Wait, what are you talking about? Who?
01:37Think his name was David. Yeah, he's not allowed to be at the house. There's a no contact order
01:42He's not allowed to be there
01:42And there's also in place that he is not allowed back at the property at all because we have a bed and board order
01:50He had one chance again, yeah, he had one chance to get his stuff and that was months ago
01:57So yeah, she's obviously talking to through the ring camera from Vegas where she lives

02:03But essentially what ended up happening is David was allowed to take his work tools from the garage
02:08Which is why he was over there, but he was not allowed. He had to unload all of the motorcycles
02:14Yeah, he was also trying to take the motorbikes. I mean, yes, he said he went for work tools

02:21You'll have to get a lawyer involved if you're gonna try to take that stuff
02:25But Janelle still pissed and saying she's gonna throw it. She's threatening legal action now against David and the cops
