00:00A fire broke out in a wheelbarrow in Vacanteng Lote in Barangay Manresa, Quezon City.

00:19The residents of Santa Rosa Street in Barangay Manresa, Quezon City were engulfed by raging fire.

00:24Just last night, the wheels of the wheelbarrow in Vacanteng Lote were quickly hit.

00:30The first alarm was raised by the Bureau of Fire Protection.

00:33There were 8 firetrucks responding, as well as fire volunteer groups.

00:37Three workers were outside, taking a break in the barracks.

00:40Suddenly, there was a bang.

00:43When we woke up, the fire started.

00:49Then, the firefighter called for help.

00:53Did you try to put out the fire?

00:55We couldn't. It was too strong.

00:57Vianne's father had to be taken to the ambulance.

01:00He was shot in the left arm.

01:03According to the BFT, the bullet only hit the head and didn't damage the neighboring establishments.

01:08They are still investigating the possible cause of the fire.

01:11The fire broke out after more than 30 minutes.
