00:06Motorists had a hard time in Catbalogan, Samar because of the rough roads.

00:12In Northern Samar, houses and farms in Palapag and Lope de Vega were also flooded.

00:18The rain in the town of Catarman was also heavy.

00:21The typhoon also hit Hipapad and Dolores, Eastern Samar and the town of Guiwan.
