00:00RDRRMC in Cagayan Valley evacuated the residents who live in low-lying areas and landslide-prone areas.

00:09This is because of the storm Christine in Oliver Bacay of the PIA in Balitang Pambansa.

00:17After a spillway gate opened in Magatdam, and because of the expected heavy rainfall brought by the storm Christine,

00:25the Regional Disaster Reduction and Management Council evacuated the residents who live in flood and landslide-prone areas in Cagayan Valley.

00:34The provincial DRRM councils also ensured that everything is ready for the evacuees to be evacuated to the evacuation centers.

00:42Those areas that are susceptible to flooding and landslides,

00:47they were evacuated as soon as possible so that they won't be affected by the storm Christine.

00:55In Cagayan, fishermen in Calayan Island and Santa Ana helped to row their boats to save them from the strong waves.

01:05In Isabela, the local government is monitoring the six towns that are usually flooded.

01:10The most vulnerable to water is the five downstream municipalities of Bagaan, San Pablo, Maria, and Tomas.

01:24Although the storm is now hitting the coastal municipalities of Isabela,

01:29the local government is confident that the residents there are prepared.

01:34According to FRONDA, relief goods and non-food items needed for the relief operation are already prepositioned in the four coastal communities.

01:43Now, Likor Van is being implemented in Tuginggarao City to avoid the disgrace caused by the storm.
