00:00Well, it has been a year and a little over two weeks now since Hamas stormed into Israel,
00:05killing 1,200 people and taking 250 hostages.
00:09One hundred of them are still being held in Gaza.
00:12Many of them are thought to be dead.
00:15Their families and friends, though, are doing their best to keep hope alive, turning out
00:18to protest in front of Blinken's hotel in Tel Aviv.
00:21Here's more of what they had to say.
00:24It's a great deal of frustration.
00:37Our conversations with Secretary Blinken have always been very frank, very open.
00:44There's an understanding that there are things that can be done, there are things that can't
00:48be done.
00:49We would act decisively, actively, proactively to get a deal on the table for Hamas to consider
00:57and put an end to all of this, including the suffering of the people in Gaza, and be able
01:03to bring humanitarian aid in.
01:04The only way to make that happen is by getting a hostage deal in place and releasing all
01:09the hostages that are in Gaza today, including the seven U.S. citizens.
