00:00Michigan is one of the most hotly contested battleground states,
00:03one of seven that will undoubtedly determine who is the next president.
00:06Which is why Harris is pulling out all the stops to get people to the polls,
00:10including the recruitment of famed Detroit native, rapper Eminem.
00:14As most of you know, the city of Detroit and the whole state of Michigan mean a lot to me.
00:21Going into this election, the spotlight is on us more than ever,
00:25and I think it's important to use your voice.
00:28So I'm encouraging everybody to get out and vote, please.
00:30He expressed that he doesn't think anyone should be afraid to have their opinion heard,
00:34something he believes will be more difficult with Donald Trump as a leader.
00:38I think Vice President Harris supports a future for this country,
00:41where these freedoms and many others will be protected and upheld.
00:44He then introduced the former president, Barack Obama, who began by saying he was nervous,
00:49before laying down a few lines from one of the rapper's most iconic songs.
00:53My palms are sweaty, knees weak, arms are heavy.
00:59Vomit on my sweater already, mom's spaghetti.
01:03I'm nervous, but on the surface I look calm and ready to drop bombs, but I keep on forgetting.
01:10Obama then went on the attack, outlining Donald Trump's erratic behavior
01:14and wild rhetoric in recent weeks, bringing the whole thing home.
01:18If your grandpa was acting like this, you'd be worried.
01:21You'd call up your sister, your brother, your cousin.
01:27Have you noticed grandpa?
01:29He acted a little funny.
01:31We do not need to see what an older, loonier Donald Trump looks like with no guardrails.
