00:13to be seen what they would be doing there.
00:16As we continue to look at this, there is evidence that there are DPRK troops in Russia.
00:26What exactly they are doing, left to be seen.
00:30These are things that we need to sort out.

00:34Hours earlier, Ukraine's military intelligence chief, Kyrill Budanov, said that the first
00:38North Korean units were expected to arrive to Russia's Kursk region on Wednesday, the

00:45They could supposedly help Russia resist Ukraine's incursion.
00:49Early in October, Budanov said the total number of around 11,000 North Korean troops in Russia
00:56will be ready to fight in Ukraine by the 1st of November.
01:00He said that in return, Russia is helping North Korea evade sanctions and develop its
01:05nuclear capabilities, including providing technologies for smaller tactical nuclear
01:11weapons and submarine missile launch systems.
01:14South Korea's spy chief stated that about 3,000 North Korean troops have been sent to
01:20Russia and they are now receiving training on drones and other equipment before being
01:26deployed to the battlefield in Ukraine.
01:28There was a report that about 10,000 North Korean troops are expected to arrive in December.
