00:23Rafi, at this time, the effect of the typhoon Christine is still felt in a large part of the province of Isabela.
00:31From early in the morning until now, the rainfall continues in a large part of the province,
00:38just like here in our province of Tumawimi.
00:42And because of the continuous rainfall, the river is flooding the town
00:46because of the flooding of rice fields and roads in some barangays here in the town of Tumawimi.
00:55The residents who live near the river have been evacuated.
01:00Actually, six barangays are being guarded in the town of Tumawimi.
01:04This morning, the farmers quickly evacuated their livestock so that they won't drown in the flood.
01:11Meanwhile, more than 400 individuals are in the evacuation center here in the town of Tumawimi.
01:18The distribution of relief goods by the local government continues.
01:21According to the PDRRMO-Isabela, more than 3,000 individuals are already in the evacuation center.
01:28Some branches of the province are still unable to pass through and some places in Isabela still have no electricity.
