00:00The Department of Public Works and Highways, or DPWH,
00:04has already started the clearing operation of roads and bridges affected by Hurricane Christine.
00:09According to the government, they have already sent a quick response team to the roads
00:14where the flood has already formed, so that they can also start the recovery.
00:18According to the agency, there are currently 27 national roads that are closed
00:23because of landslides, floods, collapsed cements, and broken bridges.
00:29These include four in Cordillera Administrative Region,
00:33two in Region 2, and 21 in Region 5.
00:37Ten road sections across the country have limited access
00:41due to landslides, roads, and floods.
00:45In addition, DPWH has allocated more than P1,000 people
00:49and more than P2,000 equipment to various places in the country.
