00:00The strong winds and rains caused flooding in various parts of the country.

00:09In Legazpi, Albay, there was a strong gust of wind.

00:12The stranded passengers were evacuated to Tabaco National High School.

00:20The residents of Matnog and Bulan in Sorsogon were also not saved from the storm.

00:30They were also evacuated to Catanduanes.

00:35In Batangasport, the two boats were washed ashore by the strong winds last night.

00:41All sea-going trips were canceled.

00:45A boat also washed ashore in Baybayin, Baragay Buendag, in Binmalay, Pangasinan.

00:52In Manila's Manila North Port Terminal, 200 stranded passengers were able to sleep peacefully.

01:58We request that the passengers monitor the situation and not proceed to the terminals
