Karamihan sa mga biktima ay mula sa Bicol Region at CALABARZON na nalubog sa baha. Bagamat nakalabas na sa Philippine Area of Responsibility ang Bagyong #KristinePH, isa pang bagyo ang posibleng pumasok ngayong weekend.
