01:147 barangays in Ilagan City, Isabela, still have no electricity.

01:1714 barangays have no water supply.

01:24In Dagupan City, Pangasinan, a storm surge reached the road near Tondaliga Beach.

01:31The sand and garbage also spread in Baywalk.

01:35In Almacen, Hermosa, Bataan, the residents of the area are already using boats.

01:41The situation is the same now in some places in Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija.
