Selena Gomez is reflecting on when she feels the "most beautiful." While speaking exclusively to PEOPLE at her Rare Impact Fund Benefit, which was held at nya Studios West in Los Angeles, on Thursday, Oct. 24, the singer, 32, said she feels prettiest when she's around her loved ones at the start of the day.
