00:00A celebrity's death that impacted me? I think there's been so many. I think David Bowie in 2016,
00:06I thought that was really, that was terrible, especially when he released his final song,
00:12Lazarus, which was really quite emotional. I think probably there is that thing with celebrities
00:18where we think we know them so well, obviously they don't know us. And I imagine for a lot of
00:24people who haven't experienced grief before, having somebody who they admire so much, such
00:27as Liam Payne, dying in such tragic circumstances, surely must be an incredibly difficult experience.
00:33A guy called Lemmy used to, in front of a band called Motorhead, who were very influential rock
00:37bands back in the day when I was growing up. And he was one of these guys where they thought he
00:41was going to live forever. Heavy drinker, heavy smoker, heavy drug user. I'm not condoning any of
00:46that. But he seemed like he was going to go on forever. But he suddenly became ill quite around
00:51the time when my mum was near to the end with cancer. So it's sort of double whammy really.
00:56Victoria Wood. I remember when she died. I was in the office and a friend of mine who was also a big
01:01comedy fan said, have you seen the news? Victoria Wood died. And it was so sudden. And we didn't know
01:06that she was ill. And she was just, she was a massive female comedic influence when I was growing
01:12up. Loved dinner ladies, like loved watching her on TV. So that was a bit of a, that was the, maybe
01:18the only time I felt like a real gut punch. I was in Hales, my mother were decorating. I was helping
01:23out. Back then it was wallpaper stuff. And I remember the news and she just stopped what
01:26she was doing. And that's when I found out that Princess Diana died and started looking into her.
01:30So that's the death that I remember the most really. Yeah. Even though it happened a long time
01:33ago in the nineties, mid nineties. Yeah. Good woman as well. Rest in peace to her.
01:38Princess Diana of my day. She was, she did a lot of charity work. She was really good. She was
01:45loved. She was loved by everybody. And it was just a shock when she passed away.
01:50And it's to this day, it's upsetting just thinking about her, you know.
01:55Yeah. She was a lovely person. Yes. So sad. Yes.
