00:00In southwest China's Guizhou province, remarkable bridges span one of the world's most breathtaking canyons.
00:06The Beipan River Bridge, completed 21 years ago, soared 486 meters above the Huajiang Grand Canyon,
00:13ranking among the tallest globally at the time.
00:16In 2016, the Beipan River No. 1 Bridge set a new record at 565 meters,
00:23and now the Huajiang Grand Canyon Bridge is under construction to become the world's highest,
00:28spanning 625 meters from river to deck with an impressive 2,890 meter span.
00:35These structures reflect not only the challenging landscape,
00:38but also significant advances in suspension bridge technology, connecting communities and fostering growth.
00:45From the historic Huajiang Chain Bridge, crossed by the Red Army in 1935,
00:51to today's record-breaking spans, Guizhou continues to lead in bridge engineering.
