00:20A construction worker in Cagayan de Oro City was hit by a bucket from a backhoe on his head.
00:26According to the Department of Public Works and Highways Region 10,
00:30the victim was working in the archived building of the agency.
00:34It was said that the project was being funded so the man was on the roof.
00:39The backhoe operator did not know that the victim was there so he was hit in the head.
00:44The operator was held by the police and was being complained of reckless imprudence resulting in homicide.

00:51The DPWH Region 10 explained that it was just a possible accident,
