00:00Weirdly, I bring my therapist with me, so I'm on a journey with my anxiety at the minute
00:05and I have my therapist with me.
00:07We were talking about the whole situation and I think it's really important for people
00:12to look at things, humans, like humans, and say, why did they get to this place?
00:19Why are they struggling so much?
00:20What is it that causes them to feel this way in the public eye?
00:23And I don't think there's enough consequences for people online.
00:26I don't think there's enough consequences.
00:27I don't think people in this industry are looked after enough.
00:30I really don't.
00:31Because it's like they're put on a pedestal, they get brought up and they're like this
00:35God or this amazing person and then everybody jumps on this bandwagon of like, yeah, let's
00:40tear them down.
00:41And it's like a fun thing to do.
00:42It's not fun.
00:43Like these people are human, like they bleed the same, they're the same as you and whoever's
00:47commenting on all these things.
00:48And I just think like, what, like one, what do we do to change it?
00:53Like, can we make rules with social media and stop all this?
00:58It's bullying, isn't it?
00:59It's like, it's so savage.
01:01Like I can't bear it.
01:02I don't look at it because it's very easy to fall into that hole where you're reading
01:07nothing but negative, awful things and you're like, what am I doing so wrong?
01:12Like why?
01:13What is it?
01:14And it's just bizarre, but it's freedom of speech.
01:16But then at the same time, they're hurting people.
01:17So it's really, I think it's a really hard thing.
01:21And I think like you said, success is completely different to fame.
01:25And I think success is lovely.
01:27It's joyful.
01:28It's like you're doing what you love and you're benefiting from it.
01:30And you're like, you get all these lovely things and it feels great.
01:33But then the fame is like the awful side of it.
01:36It's like the dark side of it that I think people don't really see.
01:39And yeah, I was the same.
01:40I was like, I want to be a famous pop star.
01:42I want to sign autographs and everybody know who I am and I want to be a household name.
01:46But you don't think of the things that come with that.
01:49And it's hard.
01:50It's really intense.
