00:12The memorandum, signed by Executive Secretary and Presidential Anti-Organized Crime Commission
00:17Chair Lucas Beresamin, names these seven firms.
00:20Under the Anti-Money Laundering Law, AMLAC has the authority to freeze assets that, upon
00:24its own determination, may likely be related to an unlawful activity.
00:28The freeze order is valid for only 15 days, and the firm's owners have to respond within
00:3272 hours.
00:34Any extension beyond the 15 days shall be ordered by a court.
00:37Meantime, PAOC also orders the deportation of 192 foreign nationals, most of whom are
00:42Chinese, apprehended during a raid in Pasay involving PAGCOR License Holder 3D Analyzer.
