00:13Rita Daniela and actor-comedian Archie Alemania filed a complaint of acts of lasciviousness against the prosecutor's office of Baco, Orcavita.
00:24In Daniela's complaint affidavit, they went to Alemania's party on September 9, 2024.
00:31It was only then that the actor started spitting lousy words at her.
00:35She felt uncomfortable already, but she did not confront Archie during that time because he did not mean it, he was just drunk and joking.
00:46On their way home from the party, Alemania said that Daniela was drunk.
00:50The actress agreed to it because she thought that he was just pretending to be her brother.
00:54On their trip, Alemania held her by her shoulders and neck.
00:58She told him that he's not her brother because Rita was treating Archie as an elder brother.
01:08When they arrived in front of her house, she forced him to kiss Alemania's lips.
