04:21For five years, we've been doing Mami Nation.
04:22For the last three years, we started our Mami Nation gifts organization, and we raise quite
04:27a bit of money to help homeless moms.
04:30We've also done our part to help the black mortality rate.
04:32But actually Sherie, that's what I'm doing for the Mami Nation later today.

04:52more kind of the suit vibe, where it feels like
04:55it's strong, bold, confident, while sharing my experiences
05:00and encouraging women to advocate for themselves.

05:04courage and confidence and moving through life freely
05:06and considering all that you've been through,
05:09how are you doing that now?
05:10That's a really good question, and I think that
05:12because of my athletic background, I feel like
05:14I have the tools in my tool kit to help me
05:16when I feel down, it's like, no, it's a part of the journey.
05:18You know, this is not a mistake, I fail forward,
05:21and I just keep myself encouraged.
05:22I'm like naturally the biggest optimist in my family.
