00:14that their cemeteries might be flooded again.

00:26It is very difficult to arrange and clean the cemeteries

00:33today, November 1.

00:39The flooding of the cemeteries here in Dagupan City is worrying.

00:44Now, the heavy rain that was caused by the typhoon Leyon is experienced.

00:48While there is no flood, some people are still cleaning the cemeteries.

00:53I couldn't go to the cemeteries that's why I had to clean them.

00:57I went to their cemeteries, to my mother's, father's, and my grandmother's.

01:01The number of visitors to the cemeteries is slowly decreasing.

01:04In the past, the back part of the Roman Catholic Cemetery

01:07was not allowed to go there because it was very muddy and flooded.

01:11Now, the place is allowed to enter the cemeteries next to the burial ground.

01:15Some of the cemeteries are really forced to be removed.

01:19We are moving the cemeteries.

01:22If you will notice, we are moving the cemeteries

01:25because we are ongoing in clearing the land and digging.

01:30Meanwhile, the Public Order and Safety Office

01:33will implement the traffic rerouting scheme

01:36effective today until tomorrow, November 1.

01:39Some main roads in Dagupan City will be one-way.

01:42You know that when November 1 comes,

01:45there will be a lot of visitors going to the cemeteries.

01:50That's why we are moving the cemeteries so that it will be organized.
