Spain is facing its deadliest floods since 1973, with at least 95 fatalities reported primarily in Valencia Province and Castilla-La Mancha. The town of Chiva received a year's worth of rainfall in just eight hours on Tuesday. Over 1,000 troops are deployed, supported by EU's Copernicus satellite system. Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez declared three days of mourning as rescue operations continue, hampered by extreme conditions, damaged infrastructure, and communication disruptions.
