00:05Welcome to Ms. Mojo, and today we're counting down our picks for some of the best music videos made by everyone's favorite girl groups.
00:12Make it last forever, friendship never ends.
00:18Number 10, Our Lips Are Sealed, The Go-Go's.
00:22It's an oldie, but a goodie.
00:23The feel-good 80s vibes in Our Lips Are Sealed always put us in a good mood.
00:28Can you hear them? They talk about us, telling lies, well that's a surprise.
00:35Driving around Los Angeles in a convertible while being silly and having a good time.
00:39It just doesn't get any better than that.
00:41The band stated that they originally didn't really care about doing this music video,
00:45but it turned out to have a ridiculously fun vibe.
00:49Doesn't matter what they say, in the Dallas games we will play.
00:56And, in case you were wondering, the jump in the fountain was a spontaneous decision
01:01because it was so hot on the day they were filming.
01:03The band's guitarist revealed they were worried the cops would come get them any minute.
01:12Number 9, Don'tcha, Pussycat Dolls featuring Busta Rhymes.
01:16If you're looking for a music video that makes you feel all hot and bothered, this is the one.
01:27Featuring Busta Rhymes, Don'tcha is set at various locations,
01:32including what looks like an underground party.
01:35Nicole Scherzinger and Busta Rhymes are effortlessly cool at the beginning,
01:39with the rest of the Pussycat Dolls looking like they're having the time of their lives racing in their Jeeps.
01:44It's complete with dance breaks and a bit of good old chair choreo.
01:47You can never go wrong with that.
01:50This music video is one of those credited for starting off the slut drop dance move.
02:05Number 8, Hair, Little Mix featuring Sean Paul.
02:08Little Mix's music videos are full of girl power and friendship,
02:12but Hair really nails it when it comes to showing that girls just want to have fun.
02:17In this video, the girls can be seen having a blast
02:20as they're trying to comfort their friend who's going through a breakup.
02:23Cocktails, pizza, dance party, and a fashion show.
02:27Sometimes that's exactly what a girl needs to get someone out of their hair.
02:40Number 7, Don'tcha, Pussycat Dolls featuring Busta Rhymes.
02:45Of course, the music video also features Sean Paul, who is portrayed as Leigh-Anne Pinnock's ex.
02:51We love a cute girl power music video, and Hair definitely delivers just that.
03:04Number 7, My Lovin', You're Never Gonna Get It, and Vogue.
03:08These funky divas gave us a classic 90's style video, and we just can't stop grooving as we watch.
03:22My Lovin', You're Never Gonna Get It has a relatively simple but effective music video, featuring a groovy vibe.
03:28The shots are mostly composed of the group singing the songs and enjoying themselves,
03:32as well as two dancers in a zentai suit.
03:39So you won't be hearing her say it, no way!
03:43The inspiration for the scenes with the group came from the musical Sweet Charity's Big Spender scene.
03:48And that inspiration paid off, because the music video won the Best Choreography Award during the MTV Video Music Awards in 1992.
04:04Number 6, I Got a Boy, Girls' Generation.
04:07If you know K-pop, you know that the second generation of K-pop artists included Girls' Generation.
04:20They brought streetwear fashion, impressive choreography, sass, style, and everything else that's needed for an iconic music video.
04:28At the beginning, the band is shown spending time at their house when a man rings their doorbell.
04:32And then, we get the full-on choreo, complete with attention-grabbing colorful scenes and dance breaks.
04:45I Got a Boy has it all.
04:47It was viewed over 20 million times in less than a week, which made it the first K-pop video to achieve that.
04:53I got a boy, chakka, I got a boy, awesome boy, I got a boy, machin.
05:00Number 5, Work From Home, Fifth Harmony featuring Ty Dolla $ign.
05:05Construction work is the theme for this high-energy music video that skyrocketed Fifth Harmony's fame to new heights.
05:11You don't gotta do the work, work, work, work, work, work, work.
05:15But you gotta do the work, work, work, work, work, work, work.
05:20The group brings out the sass as they dance around the construction area before busting into a dance break during the catchy chorus.
05:27Of course, we also get a view of Ty Dolla $ign, who portrays another construction guy, while the band dances in the background.
05:34We can work from home, oh, oh, oh.
05:38We can work from home, oh, oh, oh.
05:41Critics praised the music video and stated the group had full control over their sexuality and owned their confidence.
05:48This is definitely one of those that will make you bust out a move whenever you see it.
05:53But you gotta do the work, do the work, yeah, yeah, we can work from home.
05:59Number 4, Soldier, Destiny's Child featuring T.I. and Lil Wayne.
06:03When it came to girl power in the late 1990s and early 2000s, Destiny's Child was the group to watch if you needed a confidence boost.
06:11First came the powerful Say My Name music video, and afterward, we were introduced to Soldier.
06:16If it's not a same hood, I ain't checking for one.
06:20Better be straight if you're looking at me, I need a soldier.
06:24Featuring T.I. and Lil Wayne, this simple black and white music video focused on the group having a good time in the company of the men they're singing about.
06:31I need a soldier, that ain't scared to stand up for me.
06:34Gotta know the get go and he better be straight.
06:37They show off their dance moves as well as the overall hip-hop culture with cameos from Ice Cube, Bow Wow, Genuine and several other notable artists.
06:46A simple music video, but indeed effective.
06:49I know some soldiers in here, wouldn't mind putting that on me.
06:58No Scrubs, TLC
07:00Following the immense success of the Waterfalls video, which had a beachy ocean vibe, TLC had big shoes to fill.
07:07Go go chasing waterfalls, please stick to the rivers and the lakes.
07:14And they did that by telling everyone what they're looking for in a man.
07:18Or better yet, what they're not looking for.
07:20No, I don't want no scrub, a scrub is a guy that can't get no love from me.
07:26No Scrubs has a futuristic setting and is focused on the group dancing and grooving.
07:31It has typical dance sequences ranging from solo dancing to the group doing the choreography together.
07:36I'm thinking of the passenger side of his best friend's ride, he's trying to holler at me.
07:41This particular spaceship style theme was also featured in Michael Jackson and Janet Jackson's Scream video and was pretty popular in music videos in the 90s.
07:50When it comes to some of the best music videos, Wannabe is definitely a big contender.
08:05Not only is it ridiculously fun, just like the Spice Girls themselves, it was all done in two takes.
08:17The video is filmed at the Midland Grand Hotel in London and showcases the group causing a lot of chaos during a party.
08:32Geri Halliwell herself even stated that the whole concept of the video was to showcase the chaos and madness that is the Spice Girls.
08:39The video was able to top the charts in just two hours after its release.
08:49Before we unveil our top pick, here are some honorable mentions.

10:11But we've decided that Blackpink deserves to take the crown for some of the best music videos to this day.
10:23Kill This Love was selected as the group's lead single from their second EP and needed to have a music video that would draw attention.
10:30And it delivered.
10:31Flashy lights, bold colors, and notes to Greek mythology all helped contribute to this music video setting records for the fastest-liked and fastest-viewed YouTube video.
