00:11With the release of Philippine Air Responsibility by the typhoon Leon,

00:15can we expect that the weather will be better in the Tigabatanes and Northern Zones?

00:24A few days ago, the area of responsibility of the typhoon Leon was released.

00:29In the Batanes and Baboyan Islands, there is no direct effect at the moment.

00:34But in Zambales, Bataan, Occidental, Mindoro, and Palawan,
