00:15It was a gloomy day, but just now, Arnel Quite's family was arranging his mother's funeral in Libon Public Cemetery.

00:23They were one of the drivers who were hit by the strong winds of the Christine typhoon.

00:28That's why they prioritized clearing the damaged houses before it was destroyed.

00:34Libon is one of the Albay towns that experienced heavy floods, landslides, and road closures.

00:41Earlier, only a few were able to reach their homes or cemeteries.

00:46We were the first ones to reach our homes after the floods.

00:51We've been living here for two days, and it's not over yet.

00:55That's why we just started painting.

00:58The other houses are still being cleaned.

01:01The remnants of the heavy floods in the cemetery next to it are still there.

01:07Even the caretakers of the cemetery are still finishing the painting of some of the houses.

01:14Because of the Christine typhoon, there were a lot of bodies that came from the typhoon.

01:21They were carried here to the top of a person's head.

01:25Even for the few people who went to the cemetery,

01:27the emergency personnel from the BFP and AFP are complete to protect the safety and orderliness.
