00:00Alice Guo's camp dismissed the complaints of perjury from the Department of Justice.

00:06A notary will now hear the complaint against her.

00:10Salima Refran is on the scene.

00:16The Department of Justice quietly arrived at the house of Ms. Bamban Tarlac, Mayor Alice Guo,

00:20to participate in the preliminary investigation of the complaints of perjury,

00:24obstruction of justice, falsification by a notary public,

00:27and use of falsified documents filed against her by the NBI.

00:32This is equivalent to the counter-affidavit filed for the case of qualified human trafficking in August,

00:38even though she is no longer in the country.

00:40The staff of Guo, Geraldine Pepito, and her body double, Catherine Salazar, also responded to the complaints.

00:48Both admitted to the Senate hearing, Pepito and Salazar,

00:52who arranged the printing of Guo's counter-affidavit and attached a signed Guo's signature page.

01:00Her camp dismissed the complaints.

01:03First of all, she's not here. How can she participate in that notarization?

01:11But it's not because you ordered it, that's your case, right?

01:16Because what's needed is the act that you falsified your notarization.

01:22Guo refused to give an explanation.

01:24She was taken to the ambulance, which was the service vehicle of the BJMP.

01:28Aside from these complaints, Guo is also facing money laundering and tax evasion here in the Department of Justice.

01:37The cases of qualified human trafficking, graft, co-oranto, and cancellation of her birth certificate in various courts in the country are also on the rise.

01:46She also has a case of material misrepresentation in Comelec.

01:50No other respondents, such as Attorney Elmer Galicia, who notarized Guo's counter-affidavit,

01:57Cheryl Medina, who is the secretary of Sual Pangasinan Mayor Liceldo Calugay,

02:01and a witness who talked to Attorney Galicia.

02:05Galicia is also facing a disbarment case in the Supreme Court.

02:23is facing Cassandra Ong, Ronaldyn Baterna, and Stephanie Mascareñas.

02:28Ong will submit a counter-affidavit, but it will be delayed

02:32because the former presidential spokesperson Harry Roque and two other officials of the Whirlwind Corporation

02:36have also been added to the complaint.
