छठ पूजा के दौरान भगवान सूर्य और छठी मैया की पूजा की जाती है। इस पूजा में उगते व डूबते सूर्य को अर्घ्य देने का विधान है। माना जाता है कि छठी मैय के विधि-विधान पूर्वक पूजन से साधक को आरोग्यता, सुख-समृद्धि और संतान सुख की प्राप्ति हो सकती है। नहाय खाय के साथ 5 नवंबर 2024 से छठ पूजा की शुरुआत हो गई हैं, वहीं 6 नवंबर 2024 को खरना है, ऐसे में अपने प्रियजनों व मित्रों को खरना की शुभकामनाएं भेजकर उनके लिए इस पर्व को और भी यादगार बना सकते हैं।
