00:00A heavy downpour hit Quezon Province this evening due to Hurricane Marce.

00:05In the town of Lopez, some parts of the Maharlika Highway were hit by the storm.

00:08The storm also hit Isabela and Cagayan.

00:21The storm and wind in the coastal town of Palanan, Isabela, is getting stronger.

00:25The MDRMO is reminding the barangays to evacuate those who are near the sea and rivers.

00:31Prepare for Hurricane Marce.

00:34The town of Calayan, Cagayan, is also on alert.

00:36There is wind and waves.

00:39The LGU is also on alert.

00:41In the town of Pamplona, rubber boats and other rescue equipment are ready.

00:46Locos Norte's fishermen are now feeding the fish.
