00:00Cleveland Cavaliers remain the only undefeated team left in the Eastern Conference last night
00:08as an eight-and-a-half point home favorite against the Giannis Les Milwaukee Bucks.
00:14Cleveland improves to a perfect 8-and-0 record, but for the first time in any of their eight
00:19wins, a non-cover.
00:22The Milwaukee Bucks, though, Joe, we'll talk about Cleveland in just a moment.
00:26The Bucks won their first game of the year against a shorthanded Philadelphia team without
00:31Paul George and without Joel Embiid.
00:33Now they have lost six in a row.
00:36Last night was their first time on all this six-game skid.
00:39They have covered a number, and in four of those five games, they have been the favorite
00:44just losing outright.
00:46As you see, the total, 226-and-a-half, it does trickle over.
00:50The Bucks had also gone under in four consecutive games.
00:54We've got a Milwaukee team that is now currently 1-6 and a Cleveland team that is perfect still
01:00at 8-and-0.
01:01Yeah, listen, I mean, give the Cavs credit here because something else that should be
01:09noted last night is that Donovan Mitchell had a great first quarter and then disappeared.
01:15So the idea that they were able to do this in a battle at home and do it without their
01:20best player really playing a major role down the stretch, you know, it was all about Darius
01:26Garland stepping up to the podium last night, and he did a great job of carrying them late
01:32along with Mobley.
01:34There's not a whole lot not to like about this Cavs team.
01:37Listen, they're not going to go undefeated.
01:39They're going to go through stretches, also a little injury-prone with some of these guys
01:43on this team.
01:44But you've got to love the team effort that we've seen through the first couple of weeks
01:50of the season here, Ben.
01:51And oh, yeah, by the way, new coach, new life, isn't that what's going on there with Cleveland?
