00:12Angelito Edpan went to the Land Transportation Office or LTO

00:22that went viral after a traffic enforcer caught him entering the EDSA busway.

00:31He explained,

00:33I didn't do it, sir. I thought I wouldn't be able to get in. I was in a hurry, sir.

00:40But when asked again why he decided to enter the EDSA busway,

00:45I felt guilty, sir. That's why I wanted to try going there, sir.

00:52Angelito's SUV is owned by the Orient Pacific Corporation.

00:59One of the directors is the mother of a well-known politician and official of the government agency.
