00:00Last Tuesday afternoon, the Barangay Capitolio in Pasig received a CCTV footage of an all-utility vehicle or AUV spilling oil on the road.
00:13Maybe because their vehicle was not secured, they didn't know that it was about to be thrown away.
00:21A few moments later, a motorcycle with a passenger in it spilled oil and slipped.
00:30The people in the area immediately helped them and helped the person next to them on the side.
00:36They were called by the barangay's ambulance but it didn't help.
00:41Then the motorcyclist drove again and left.
00:45Luckily, the rider was not injured. It was just a minor injury to the rider and his vehicle.
00:52The motorcyclist is pitiful because he didn't know that there was an oil spill on the road.
01:00To prevent the incident from happening again, the barangay immediately flashed the oil spill.
