00:00For this Saturday in college football, let's go here.
00:03Purdue visits Ohio State, fat number here in Columbus for the Buckeyes, 37.5.
00:11Florida visits Texas by 21.5 for the Longhorns.
00:15Minnesota favored on the road in Piscataway.
00:18Boston College minus 1.5 against Syracuse.
00:21And Cincinnati minus 4.5 at home against the Mountaineers of West Virginia.
00:26First of all, that Ohio State-Indiana game is on the 23rd, right?
00:30So that means it's the week after the Steelers play the Ravens.
00:35So there's like a two-week window, right?
00:37It's a two-week thing.
00:38So they play Michigan this week.
00:40And then they wait two weeks to play Ohio State.
00:42So no matter what, Ohio State must have a week off after they play Purdue?
00:48Ohio State is playing Northwestern at Wrigley Field on Indiana's bye week.
00:54So on the 16th-
00:55Indiana has the bye.
00:56And that helps them.
00:57I hope that Ohio State, I could care less about that.
01:0137.5, I'm not getting involved.
01:03I hope that in the Purdue and Northwestern games, they mount injuries.
01:08I hope they just continue.
01:09Guys drop like flies.
01:11I hope they play at Wrigley Field and the field gets chunked up
01:14and they all tear their legs off.
01:16Florida, Texas.
01:18Texas is going to beat them senseless at Memorial.
01:22Rutgers and Minnesota.
01:23Minnesota is going to win that game at Rutgers,
01:25because Rutgers now is officially on the watch list for teams that suck.
01:30Syracuse and BC.
01:31BC's falling off a cliff.
01:34I like Cuse.
01:35West Virginia, Cincinnati.
01:37That's a Cincinnati win in Ohio.
01:40In the Queen City, laying a four and a half.
01:42West Virginia, hairdryer city.
01:45Next, Iowa State, despite the loss last week,
01:48now they need to keep winning so they can get themselves to the Big 12 title
01:51game.
01:51Lawrence against Kansas.
01:53Army and North Texas.
01:55Clemson and Virginia Tech.
01:57Duke and NC State.
01:59Colorado and Texas Tech.
02:01Also a huge game that they are going to have,
02:04because Colorado still limits them.
02:06By the way, that Iowa State game against Kansas, not in Lawrence,
02:09because they're redoing the field there.
02:11That game's actually at Arrowhead is where they're playing that.
02:14So the big field is where they'll be.
02:16It doesn't matter where it is, because Kansas is just awful.
02:21They have had a nightmare season, and it all started with that stadium.
02:25They took them out of Lawrence.
02:26They moved them to a soccer field.
02:28They were like, what is happening here?
02:30And then every game they play, they lose.
02:31And every game they play, they don't cover.
02:33Iowa State is going to truck them.
02:36And I think Army, same thing.
02:38At North Texas, in Frisco, they're going to beat their ass.
02:42Va Tech, Clemson.
02:44Clemson, oh my god, they look so horrible against Louisville.
02:48Are they going to blow it at Lane Stadium against the Hokies?
02:52I'll take the points.
02:53Duke and NC State.
02:55NC State at Raleigh.
02:57I thought Duke looked real weak against Miami in that second half.
03:01I think Texas Tech upsets Colorado in Lubbock.
03:05Enough of all those dreams of Colorado playing in the playoff against Miami.
03:11I'm not done.
03:12South Carolina and Vandy, who have both obviously played well so far this year,
03:19in the SEC.
03:20That game is in Nashville.
03:22And South Carolina's favorite on the road at Vandy.
03:27You have Maryland into Oregon.
03:29You have Tennessee against Mississippi State.
03:32Arizona State and UCF.
03:33And TCU at home for Oklahoma State.
03:36What a miserable year for Gundy and the Cowboys.
03:40Vandy doesn't lose at home.
03:42They'll cover the number at the worst.
03:44They'll win that game outright.
03:46Oregon will beat the absolute.
03:49I was going to say something horrible right there.
03:51Very horrible, I was going to say.
03:53That's what they're going to do to Maryland.
03:54Something very horrible.
03:56They will cover that game.
03:57Mississippi State.
03:59Look, Tennessee, I'll bet my life they don't cover the number.
04:03They're going to win.
04:04They're so overrated, it's not even funny.
04:07And Mississippi State stinks.
04:09Yet look at their season.
04:10They cover games when you think they're not going to.
04:13And then Central Florida at Arizona State.
04:17Wow, that's a brutal game.
04:20I like Arizona State at home, I guess.
04:22And Oklahoma State has fallen apart.
04:26But I don't know.
04:27TCU's been awful as well.
04:29I don't know if they can beat them by 11.
04:30I really don't.
04:31I mean, Sonny Dykes, what is happening down in Fort Worth?
04:36TCU should win the game and cover.
04:38They should.
04:38Oklahoma State's a mess.
04:40Gundy's a mess.
04:42And finally, some of the other night games.
04:44Washington makes the trip to Happy Valley
04:47this week for Penn State, who's laying 12 and 1⁄2.
04:49We've got Nevada into Boise, big number there.
04:52Pitt laying 7 and 1⁄2 at home against Virginia.
04:55Washington State into the rankings
04:58this week, 20 and 1⁄2 against Utah State.
05:00And late night on the islands, UNLV favored it on the road
05:05at Hawaii this week.
05:07They will not screw it up on the big island.
05:09The Rebels will win that game going away
05:12and cover.
05:13Washington State's going to smoke Utah State.
05:16Pitt's going to take it out on Virginia, losing at SMU.
05:20They're going to win and cover.
05:22Boise's going to beat the snot out of Nevada.
05:25And Penn State, of course, will cover 13 and a hook
05:28because they beat all the teams that don't matter.
05:31They just can't beat anyone that does.
05:33They'll cover in that game in Happy Valley.
05:35Everyone will have a big whiteout party.
05:37They'll brag about their 110,000
05:39and their great coach that they paid $10 million to.
05:42They can't win a game that matters and save his ass.
05:45That's usually what happens.
05:47Heisman numbers.
05:48I told you I'd give you these two today as well.
05:50Travis Hunter, of course, is at the top.
05:53But just his numbers overall, he's gone from 35 to 18,
05:57plus 250, now 2 to 1.
06:0031% of the money, the most, is on Hunter to win the award.
06:04As you see, it has become a three-man race
06:08between Hunter, Cam Ward, and Dylan Gabriel,
06:12as Gente is kind of, you know, he's still there,
06:15but he has slipped a little bit
06:17off of those Heisman numbers that you will see there.
06:20So that's kind of where it's at right now.
06:22We'll get, there they are for you.
06:24Cam Ward, Hunter, both at 185.
06:27Gabriel right there in Gente at five.
06:29Everyone else is finished.
06:30Rourke is fifth, he's 20 to 1.
06:32Look, I don't deny that Travis Hunter's
06:34going to be a high draft pick in the NFL,
06:37and he's got all the options in the world
06:39staring him in the face.
06:40Playing receiver, playing corner, he can do it all.
06:44He is an incredible athlete.
06:47But no way will I ever agree that what he's doing
06:50at Colorado this year is better than Cam Ward.
06:53I'll tell you why.
06:55The kid Restrepo at Miami has better numbers
06:59than Travis Hunter.
07:01Better numbers flat out than Travis Hunter.
07:03And he doesn't even get mentioned for a Heisman.
07:05He's the all-time leading receiver in Miami history.
07:07He has way better numbers than Travis Hunter.
07:09Cam Ward is the Heisman winner.
07:11Every single week he puts up gigantic numbers.
