00:09Meanwhile, in the 10th public hearing of the Joint Panel today,

00:45the Quadcom Lead Chair Robert Ace Barbers,

00:48Co-Chairs Bienvenido Abante, Jr., Dan Fernandez, Stephen Paduano,

00:53and other officials of the Camera in the Bills and Index Section of the Constitution

00:57to discuss the new agenda that they have gathered from their hearings.

01:03That is the House Bill 11-043, or Proposed Civil Court Feature Act,

01:08which pushes for the government to get to the illegal lands bought by foreigners in the country.

01:18for the victims of the first extrajudicial killings in the war on drugs of the former President Rodrigo Duterte.
