01:13Yesterday, I spoke with President-elect Trump to congratulate him on his victory and I assured

01:20him that I'd direct my entire administration to work with his team to ensure a peaceful

01:26and orderly transition.

01:29That's what the American people deserve.

01:32Yesterday, I also spoke with Vice President Harris.

01:36She's been a partner and a public servant.

01:40She ran an inspiring campaign and everyone got to see something that I learned early

01:45on to respect so much, her character.

01:48She has a backbone like a ramrod, she has great character, true character.
