The results of another election have been announced today, this time, for Victoria’s local councils. Nick Reece has been re-elected as Melbourne's Lord Mayor, and he's vowing to deliver on every election pledge.

01:06After weeks of campaigning and then waiting for a result, today Nick Rees is celebrating.
